  • These are devoid of the head, shell, mantel, nephridia, and foot.

  • The digestive ceca is absent.

  • Spicule-bearing cuticle covers the body.

  • It contains a dorsal longitudinal keel or crest.

  • E.g. Neomenia, Chaetoderma
